Compora.casa is an independent property price comparison tool. We pull publicly listed asking prices from the market and compare them against similar active listings. We are not an estate agent, mortgage broker, or official property valuation service.

Not an official appraisal. Results from Compora.casa are not an official property valuation and must not be used for mortgage applications, legal proceedings, tax purposes, or any regulated financial activity.

Not financial or legal advice. Nothing on Compora.casa constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making property purchasing decisions.

Not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Our data is sourced from publicly listed asking prices. We cannot guarantee that all listings are accurate, current, or representative of actual sale prices. Asking prices may differ significantly from final sale prices.

You may use Compora.casa for personal, non-commercial property research. You may not: scrape or systematically extract data from the service; use the service to build a competing product; resell or sublicense access to any reports; or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

The free tier is limited to 3 searches per IP address per 24-hour period.

Full reports are priced at from €1.99 per report, charged at the time of purchase. Reports are delivered by email within 2–5 minutes in most cases, though delays may occur during high-demand periods or where the data source takes longer than usual to respond.

Refunds. Due to the nature of the service (live data is scraped on demand for each report), we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure and no report is delivered, contact us at hello@compora.casa for a resolution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compora.casa and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made on the basis of the data provided. Our total liability in connection with any single report shall not exceed the amount paid for that report.

The Compora.casa platform, design, and software are proprietary. Market data is sourced from publicly listed information and remains the property of its respective sources. Report content generated by AI is provided for informational purposes only.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be notified via the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
